Unity Web Player | LangSink

Welcome to LangSink!

This game is a short experimental game attempting to convey the experience of going to a foreign country. A simple symbol-based foreign language is used, and you are purposely given tasks which simulate certain real life scenarios.

You are a wanderer trying to sell your # Press, and also buy some @ Pulse.

In the console log on the bottom left, you can scroll up and down to review what people have said.

In this world, everything is categorized into six elements. When you carry items, they go into those slots.
In the inventory box on the bottom right, you see the first number which is the slot number for each inventory slot type (1-6).
Next to that is a number showing the count of how many you have of that element.
Next to that is the name of that element, both in the foreign symbol language and in English.

Use WASD or the Arrow Keys to move.

Press Q or Z to ask where to go.

Press E or X, and then press your inventory slot number (1-6) and enter how many (1-6), to offer something from your inventory to someone.

Press Space to accept or take something.

Press T to teleport to the beginning.

Good luck! Find me on twitter or gmail at the name vazor222 if you have any questions or comments. :)

Sadly this content no longer functions. The game was a simple top-down rpg but all the words were in a strange language and some limited translation tools. It featured art by FridgeCrisis. Here is the file in case you have a way to play it offline: LangSinkWeb.unity3d
